Basic Troubleshooting:
- Make sure the trackers have been connected with a solid “Click”.
- Switch all 4 units on (trackers & controllers).
- Make sure your eteeDongle is plugged in.
- Make sure you have installed the latest version of eteeConnect from Steam.
- You DO NOT need eteeConnect open for VR, just open SteamVR as usual.
- Our driver auto allocates the hands the trackers are in so if you hit any issues in SteamVR > Settings > Manage Trackers set everything to disabled and reset SteamVR.
- Make sure that eteeController is not blocked by SteamVR, check ‘Manage Overlays’, and unblock eteeController in Settings > Restart SteamVR.
- Remember to select Menu items in SteamVR. It uses the ‘Pinch Gesture’.
- Double check tracker & controller connection, and apply pressure on the tracker to make sure the coupling is solid.
- Give SteamVR 30 seconds to pick up the trackers and controllers, sometimes there is a delay for one of the controllers to appear.
- If the status of the LEDs are not pink on the controllers they are not connected to the Dongle, replug the dongle.
- Make sure that they are properly charged.
- Restart SteamVR.
- If you do not know the bindings for a game, check SteamVR > Settings > Controller > Bindings and they will be listed.
- Make sure you know the 3 key gestures.

- There is a learning curve with eteeController, they require a different mindset so take time to get to know them before jumping straight into a game.

基本的なトラブルシューティング：
- トラッカーがしっかりと「カチッ」と接続されていることを確認します。
- 4つのユニットすべてのスイッチをオン (トラッカーとコントローラー)。
- eteeDongleが接続されていることを確認します。
- SteamからeteeConnectの最新バージョンがインストールされていることを確認します。
- VR用にeteeConnectを開く必要はありません。通常どおりSteamVRを開いてください。
- 当社のドライバーはトラッカーのハンドを自動的に割り当てます。そのため、SteamVR > 設定 > トラッカーの管理で問題が発生した場合は、すべてを無効に設定し、SteamVRをリセットしてください。
- eteeControllerがSteamVRによってブロックされていないことを確認してください。「オーバーレイの管理」にチェックを入れ、設定でeteeControllerのブロックを解除して > SteamVRを再起動します。
- SteamVRでメニュー項目を選択することを忘れないでください。「ピンチ ジェスチャー」が使用されます。
- トラッカーとコントローラーの接続を再確認し、トラッカーに圧力を加えて結合がしっかりしていることを確認します。
- SteamVRがトラッカーとコントローラーを取得するまで30秒かかります。コントローラーの1つが表示されるまでに遅延が発生する場合があります。
- コントローラーのLEDのステータスがピンクでない場合、コントローラーはドングルに接続されていません。ドングルを再接続します。
- 適切に充電されていることを確認します。
- SteamVRを再起動します。
- ゲームのバインディングがわからない場合は、SteamVR > 設定 > コントローラー > バインディングを確認するとリストが表示されます 。
